Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by JD Aero Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

JD Aero Services provides consulting and educational services focused on:

  • Search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for aviation businesses
  • Website development guidance using modern tools
  • Booking system integration consulting
  • Email marketing setup and strategy
  • General digital marketing education for flight schools

We provide consulting and education, not implementation services. We teach you how to do things yourself. Implementation is your responsibility.

Consulting Sessions

Booking and Payment

  • Consulting sessions are booked through our website and confirmed via Acuity Scheduling.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be rescheduled but are not eligible for refunds.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Session Recordings

Full Consultation sessions ($97) include a recording of the session for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish these recordings without our written consent.

No Guarantees

SEO and digital marketing results are not guaranteed. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Search engine algorithm changes
  • Competitor actions
  • Your implementation of recommendations
  • Market conditions

We provide our best professional advice based on experience, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JD Aero Services, LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

Information and strategies shared during consulting sessions are for your business use only. You may not resell or distribute our consulting content as your own.

Limitation of Liability

JD Aero Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JD Aero Services, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
